According to the directives of the Israeli Ministries of Health and Tourism we are required to maintain a 'Guest log'. Guests are required to fill and sign a health statement before checking into ALMA and every day during their stay with us (including on the day of departure).

Our policies

We would love to host guests 8 years old and older.

Regretfully, we do not host pets.

ALMA is a smoking-free complex. Please do not smoke in the rooms, in the patio, on the stairs and in the passage.

Please respect ALMA's quite time: 10 PM - 8 AM.

Please respect the ambience in ALMA and do not use loud speakers and/or karaoke systems.

Each apartment features a working kitchenette. Please do not deep fry (shallow frying is allowed) or cook meat, fish and seafood.

Please refrain from opening the white cabinet doors. These cabinets are reserved for our use.

Security cameras monitor the public spaces in ALMA 24/7.

We will charge your credit card on the day you arrive. Credit card details will be retained for assurance.

The paying guest will be required to send a photocopy of his/her ID card or passport and entry card prior to check-in.

We will not be responsible for any stolen or lost items, and/or for any damage caused to personal items.

We reserve the right to charge guests for any damage they cause during their stay.

Security cameras

I have installed two security cameras in the public areas of Alma in order  to better aid and protect our guests and facilities. One camera is located in the passage and the other is located in the courtyard. The cameras work 24/7. They do not record sounds. The recordings are maintained for approximately two months and are then deleted automatically.
